1. UltimateResponsive

2. Phonon Framework

Phonon Framework is a lightweight, scalable, flexible and customizable HTML5 Web Hybrid Mobile App Framework that supports Apache Cordova / PhoneGap, work with a page manager / router inspired by Android Activities. Its JavaScript and CSS components are based on Material Design specs.


3. Fluid for Sketch 1.7

Based on Auto Layout constraints, Fluid is a Sketch plugin that provides a means to create constraint-based, responsive designs. It is a collaborative project brought to you by Matt Curtis and Cat Noone.

It is the Google Web Font inspiration in HTML & CSS. A must have tool for designers.

Created by Fabian Burghardt, it is an online color picking tool inspired by swiss style or international typography design. Here all colors are presented in CSS shapes and added grain. Just copy the color you want by clicking on it.


8. Concise CSS

It is a framework written in SASS that’s lightweight and easy-to-use. It is carefully crafted by Keenan Payne and James Kolce, to provide all the basics without the bloat.


9. Workbench

Workbench is a front-end boilerplate that helps in faster development. The best part is that it includes responsive typography with some basic styling and a paragraph system.

As the name hints, this is the library where users can get various kinds of pattern to be used in your design projects.


11. Vue.js

It is the simple yet powerful library for building modern web interfaces.


12. CSSGram

CSSGram is a small library that helps users in recreating Instagram filters with CSS filters and blend modes.

Build websites speedily and in hassle-free manner with Grav that is modern and open source flat file CMS.
